The Hump Day Social is a monthly social event for gay men to meet up and enjoy the company of others in the community. On one Wednesday (or hump day) an event will be planned from 7:00pm-10:00pm.
The location changes each month and will be posted on this group page. The bar/lounge has worked with us to create these events. Be kind. Most will offer happy hour prices and create a signature drink for the event. This group is inclusive of: age 20 and up, alcohol and non-alcohol drinkers, singles, couples (open and closed), poly-friendly, bdsm-friendly... really you just need to identify as gay. :-) The hope is to create a positive space for gay men to get over the hump of the week and raise a glass with each other.
There are usually as many english speaking as icelandic speaking and a very welcoming group of men so join in.
This event has been running since 2017 here in Reykjavík and is usually on the third weekend of the month.
