Reykjavik Pride is underway and the Pride Magazine is out with everything you need to know about Reykjavik Pride, interviews, articles, pictures and much much more! Reykjavik Pride 2018 has an early start Tuesday August 7 with a Pride tradition "Let’s paint a rainbow". During the Pride week there will be variety of events including exhibitions, film making, workshops, lectures and general mingling.
The Pride Opening Ceremony Thursday August 9th will be held at Háskólabíó (The University Theater), house opens starting 8 pm. The Pride Parade and Outdoor Concert (August 11th) marks the highlight of the Pride weekend. This year´s parade starts from Harpa Concert Hall at 2 pm and concludes at Sóleyjargata near Hljómskálagarður, where an outdoor concert will then take place.
