BEARS ON ICE registration has had a flying start since opened earlier this month with more than half of Full Event Passes already sold. "We´ve been very fortunate in the past and this year seems to be no different. We have limited number of Full Event Passes available which includes all the tours and trips we´re doing during the weekend but there´s no limit on the the Party Passes during the bear weekend which kicks off August 31st" says Frosti Jonsson one of BEARS ON ICE organizers.
BEARS ON ICE first ran in 2005 and has become one of Iceland´s biggest gay events and currently Iceland´s only "men only" event. Every year BEARS ON ICE attracts bears and friends from around the globe. "Our simple mission is to create a friendly social event where our guests have the opportunity to see a little bit of Iceland and have fun with likeminded guys from all over the world. We´ve also seen more and more Icelanders joining our parties which is great" says Frosti.
