Labeling itself as queer cafe Trúnó will be serving coffee, drinks and light meals (lunch and dinner), international magazines will be available as well as wireless internet for those who need to set up a quick date or just browse the internet. October 20th is Purple day to honor the memory of the 7 American gay boys who recently committed suicide after being victims of homophobia. The Purple day is a day to stand up and show solidarity in the fight agains homophobia and show support to all those who are being bullied because they are somehow different. Johanna Sigurdardottir is an Icon of GLBT History Month 2010 in October. Equality Forum is a national and international gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender civil rights organization with an educational focus, headquartered in Philadelphia.
