The official Reykjavik Gay pride 2010 song, Dáinn úr ást, is out, written by Örlygur Smári and Friðrik Ómar and performed by Friðrik Ómar who one of Iceland´s most beloved gay artist. Friðrik Ómar has worked with many of the most succesful artists in Iceland, participated in many popular music shows in Iceland, worked with some of Iceland’s best known singers and fronted several bands. The Reykjavik Pride service center opens Saturday 17th of July and is located inside bookstore Ida in Laekjargata (city center). The Pride center is open all days from 11 am to 8 pm. At the Pride Center you’ll find everything you need for the coming up Pride such as T-shirts and tickets to individual events. Those who have reserved VIP passes for the whole event can pick it up there as well.
