Since he arrived in 2015 Jono Duffy has steadily become a favorite for stand-up comedy crowds in Iceland but it’s been a while since he did a solo solo show and a lot has happened. In the time since he last graced the stage of Tjarnabíó with his sold out 2018 show ‘I wouldn’t date me either,’ Jono has hosted a late night chat show, taken his French boyfriend to Australia to meet the family, started training for a half marathon, and has been touring Europe with Hugleikur Dagsson. In this comedy catch up, he will dish on all the goings on of the past year.

Alaska Thunderfuck returns to Iceland

This Friday the legendary Alaska Thunderfuck! Winner of RuPaul‘s Drag Race All Stars 2 will return to Iceland this coming Friday along with Jackie Beat & Sherry Vine plus a star studded cast of Icelandic stars: Miss Gloria Hole, Gógó Starr, Deff Starr and Miss Mokki. Bryndís Ásmunds will start the show. You don't want to miss this show even though they call it Just Another Drag Show or Whatever.

The annual Pink Party: Masquerade Ball will be held at the Iðnó Theatre on March 9th. 

The Pink Party is without a doubt the most glamorous LGBTQI+ event of the season. Guests are encouraged to be as outrageous as they’re comfortable with when it comes to dressing up and, keeping with the theme wear some kind of mask, anything goes! The party aims to nurture a variety of queer expression where people should feel free to be themselves.

This Friday The Vintage Box will be hosting a men-only MSC Club Night. The legendary club was the center of the gay scene for years, a nice little bar with a fetish dress code run by volunteers. It was small and intimate and a great place to meet other like-minded guys, network and maybe hook up, but mostly just a place where you could be yourself.
